1. Agreement and Acceptance
1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Superlinear Technology Pte. Ltd. trading as PolicyPack, a Singapore company ("PolicyPack," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the PolicyPack platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service").
1.2. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
1.3. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" will refer to both you and that organization.
2. Eligibility and Account Requirements
2.1. To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract.
2.2. To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2.3. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
2.4. We reserve the right to disable any user account, at any time, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use of the account poses a security risk.
3. Service Access, Subscriptions, and Billing
3.1. Complimentary Launch Access. We may offer complimentary access to certain features of the Service during promotional periods. Such access is provided at our discretion and may be modified or terminated at any time.
3.2. Subscription Plans. We offer various subscription plans with different features, limitations, and pricing. Current subscription details are available on our website.
3.3. Billing and Payment.
3.3.1. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. All payments are processed through our authorized payment processors.
3.3.2. For subscription plans, you authorize us to charge the applicable recurring fees to your designated payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.
3.3.3. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which may be added to the total amount due where applicable.
3.4. Refunds.
3.4.1. Refunds are not provided once the AI generation process has been initiated or once any generated document pack has been accessed, generated, exported, delivered, or downloaded.
3.4.2. Subscription cancellation stops future billing cycles only and does not create a refund for the current billing period or for any digital deliverable already accessed through PolicyPack. 3.5. Changes to Pricing. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. If we change the pricing for your subscription plan, we will provide notice at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.
4. Service Scope and Acceptable Use
4.1. Service Description. PolicyPack is an AI-powered legal automation platform designed to help generate, publish, and maintain legal documents such as Privacy Policies, Terms of Service, Cookie Policies, Refund Policies, and related compliance disclosures.
4.2. Acceptable Use. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
4.2.1. Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
4.2.2. Use the Service to infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
4.2.3. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service;
4.2.4. Use the Service to transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code;
4.2.5. Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
4.2.6. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
4.2.7. Engage in any automated use of the Service, including scraping, data mining, or data extraction, except as expressly permitted by us;
4.2.8. Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
5. AI-Assisted Outputs and No Legal Advice
5.1. AI-Generated Content. The Service uses secure automated data processors to generate legal documents and other content. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and quality of the generated content, you acknowledge that:
5.1.1. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies;
5.1.2. The quality of AI-generated content depends on the information you provide;
5.1.3. AI-generated content may require review and modification to suit your specific needs.
5.2. No Legal Advice.
5.2.1. The Service provides tools and templates for generating legal documents but does not provide legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by your use of the Service.
5.2.2. The legal documents generated through the Service are provided as templates and should not be considered a substitute for the advice of a qualified legal professional.
5.2.3. We do not guarantee that the documents generated through the Service will be legally sufficient for your specific situation or compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
5.2.4. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any legal documents you generate and use comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1. Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when using the Service. The quality and accuracy of the documents generated through the Service depend on the information you provide.
6.2. Review and Customization. You are responsible for reviewing, customizing, and ensuring the legal sufficiency of any documents generated through the Service before using them.
6.3. Compliance with Laws. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and any documents generated through the Service comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6.4. Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
6.5. Feedback. If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you grant us an unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free license to use such feedback in any way we choose.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Our Intellectual Property.
7.1.1. The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by PolicyPack or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.1.2. The PolicyPack name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of PolicyPack or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
7.2. Your Content.
7.2.1. You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("Your Content").
7.2.2. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute Your Content in connection with providing the Service to you.
7.2.3. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content and that Your Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
7.3. Generated Documents.
7.3.1. You own the specific instances of legal documents generated for you through the Service, subject to our underlying intellectual property rights in the Service and document templates.
7.3.2. You may not resell, distribute, or otherwise commercialize the document templates or generation capabilities of the Service.
8. Third-Party Services
8.1. The Service may integrate with or provide links to third-party websites, services, or resources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites, services, or resources.
8.2. Your interactions with any third-party websites, services, or resources are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites, services, or resources that you visit or use.
8.3. We use third-party payment processors to process payments for subscription plans. Your use of such payment processors is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
9. Service Availability and Modifications
9.1. Service Availability. We strive to ensure that the Service is available at all times, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption or error. We may temporarily suspend access to the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.
9.2. Modifications to the Service.
9.2.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, at any time, with or without notice.
9.2.2. We may update the content, functionality, or user interface of the Service from time to time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

9.3.2. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1.1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10.1.2. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10.1.3. WE DO NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE SERVICE IN TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
10.2. Limitation of Liability.
10.2.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL POLICYPACK, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
10.2.2. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10.3. Exclusions. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations and disclaimers may not apply to you. To the extent that we may not, as a matter of applicable law, disclaim any implied warranty or limit our liabilities, the scope and duration of such warranty and the extent of our liability will be the minimum permitted under such applicable law.
11. Termination
11.1. Termination by You. You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Service or by contacting us at support@policypack.org.
11.2. Termination by Us.
11.2.1. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
11.2.2. We may also terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service if you have not accessed the Service for an extended period.
11.3. Effect of Termination.
11.3.1. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11.3.2. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
11.3.3. We are not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1. Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12.2. Dispute Resolution.
12.2.1. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.
12.2.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for resolution by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.
12.2.3. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
12.3. Class Action Waiver. You agree that any proceedings to resolve or litigate any dispute will be conducted solely on an individual basis, and that you will not seek to have any dispute heard as a class action, representative action, collective action, or private attorney general action.
13. General Provisions
13.1. Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or additional terms and conditions or policies published by PolicyPack on the Service, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and PolicyPack concerning the Service.
13.2. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13.3. Waiver. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
13.4. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms, in whole or in part, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in whole or in part at any time without your consent.
13.5. Force Majeure. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms where the delay or failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes or other industrial disturbances, electrical or power outages, utilities or telecommunications failures, earthquakes, storms or other elements of nature, blockages, embargoes, riots, acts or orders of government, acts of terrorism, or war.

14. Global Privacy Appendix
14.1. Introduction. This Global Privacy Appendix ("Appendix") forms part of the Terms of Service between you and Superlinear Technology Pte. Ltd. trading as PolicyPack. This Appendix addresses privacy and data protection matters related to your use of the Service.
14.2. Data Controller and Processor Roles.
14.2.1. When you use the Service, PolicyPack acts as a data controller with respect to the personal data you provide directly to us, such as account information and billing details.
14.2.2. With respect to the content you create or upload to the Service, including information used to generate legal documents, PolicyPack acts as a data processor processing such data on your behalf and according to your instructions.
14.2.3. You remain the data controller for any personal data included in the content you create or upload to the Service, and you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and legal bases to process such personal data.
14.3. Cross-Border Data Transfers.
14.3.1. PolicyPack operates globally and may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.
