1. Introduction
1.1. This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made through the PolicyPack platform, operated by Superlinear Technology Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore, trading as PolicyPack ("we," "us," or "our").
1.2. By purchasing any subscription, document pack, or premium export from PolicyPack, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.
1.3. We may update this Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available at https://policypack.org/refund-policy.
2. Digital Products and Services
2.1. PolicyPack provides digital products and services, including but not limited to:
a) AI-powered legal document generation b) Premium document exports c) Subscription access to the PolicyPack platform d) Workspace access and related compliance support tools
2.2. All products and services provided by PolicyPack are digital in nature and are delivered immediately upon purchase or upon initiation of the generation process.
2.3. Due to the immediate delivery and digital nature of our products, all purchases are considered final once the generation process has been initiated or once any generated content has been accessed.
3. No-Refund Policy
3.1. We do not provide refunds for any purchase once any of the following events have occurred:
a) The AI generation process has been initiated b) Any generated document pack has been accessed c) Any content has been exported, downloaded, or delivered d) Any premium feature has been utilized
3.2. The initiation of document generation, accessing of generated content, or export of any document constitutes delivery and use of our service, at which point the purchase becomes final and non-refundable.
3.3. This no-refund policy applies to all subscription types, one-time purchases, and any other products or services offered through the PolicyPack platform.
4. No Exceptions After Access or Generation
4.1. PolicyPack does not provide refunds once the AI generation process has been initiated or once any generated document pack has been accessed, generated, exported, delivered, or downloaded.
4.2. This rule applies to one-time purchases, premium exports, subscription-backed document access, and any related digital deliverable made available through policypack.org.
4.3. If you have a billing question before generation begins or before you access any deliverable, contact support@policypack.org before using the service.
5. Subscription Cancellations
5.1. You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@policypack.org.
5.2. Cancellation stops future billing cycles only. It does not create a refund for the current billing period or for any document generation already initiated or accessed.
6. Payment Processing
6.1. Payments may be processed through approved third-party payment providers or a merchant-of-record arrangement used for PolicyPack.
6.2. Billing questions should be sent to support@policypack.org before initiating chargebacks or payment reversals.

8. Governing Law
8.1. This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Singapore.
